Challenge

Red Dot Studio was in the process of untangling how to position and grow the practice to be more directly enlighted with their values and vision for the future. They also were untangling how Red Dot Ranch—an extension of the studio and site for art, food, and nature-based architecture—might live alongside the existing studio.

Solution

Through a series of four brand strategy meetings and ideal client interviews, we went deep into revisiting and articulating the mission, vision, and values of both the studio and the ranch. What emerged from our process was an extensive roadmap that served as a synthesis of all the workshops, along with an articulated vision for the way forward.
